About the Role
Fairplacecare Limited is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Live-in Carer to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes across Lincolnshire.
As a Live-in Carer, you will live in the client's home, providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to help them remain independent and maintain their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administering or assisting with medication
- Preparing nutritious meals and supporting with hydration
- Carrying out light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Following individual care plans and company policies
- Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Live-in Carer, Care Assistant, or Support Worker.
- Enhanced DBS check
- Completion of mandatory care training
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults, including individuals living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, frailty, and other age-related or long-term health conditions.
- Confidence in working independently and managing care with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding principles.
- Competence in basic health monitoring, including observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.
- Experience with medication administration or prompting (where trained and authorised).
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals and support clients with hydration and dietary requirements.
- Strong communication, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to promoting clients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Right to work in the UK.
Pay: £508.40-£650.00 per week
