What you'll do:
- Lead and oversee education services, programme delivery, and operational performance.
- Develop strategies that enhance learning quality, learner outcomes, and organisational growth.
- Manage education programmes, academic services, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with educators, trainers, and operational teams to achieve organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, industry organisations, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor programme performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee operational planning, budgets, resource allocation, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant education standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand educational services and learning programmes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop education teams while promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in education, training, academic services, programme management, learning and development, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous senior leadership or management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing educational programmes or learning services is beneficial.
- Ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Passion for education, innovation, and lifelong learning.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £6,800.00-£8,900.00 per month
