## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Food Machine Technician to join our team. The Machine Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery in our manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of operating Bowl Cutters, Z Arm Mixers and Packaging lines is essential
## Duties
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of machines
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring machines are running efficiently
## Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery
- Ability to maintain logic controllers and electrical systems
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Skilful in welding and fabrication techniques
- Customer service-oriented approach to address machine-related concerns
- Experience supervising machine operators is advantageous
