Key Responsibilities:
- Processing online orders, gift wrapping, and dispatching items
- Processing customer returns and jewellery repairs
- Support in receiving and organising all incoming e-commerce stock.
- Customer communications via email, phone and live chat.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised environment.
- Maintaining good stock management by carrying out stock takes.
About You:
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- A people person with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Experience in fulfilment and/or customer service role
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Training will be provided.
Location: Knutsford and Manchester.
Type: Part-time, on-site and in store (15-24 hours) with flexibility to do more over peak trade and holiday cover.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Week: May vary with business needs but hours would be spread Monday to Friday with a longer day Wednesday and alternate Saturday mornings.
