Salary: £28,500 FTE (£16,946 pro rata)
Contract: 12-month fixed term

What You'll Be Doing
Leading Meaningful Projects
- Manage and deliver multiple community-focused projects from planning through to completion.
- Ensure project objectives, outcomes and KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor progress, evaluate impact and produce high-quality reports.
Building Strong Community Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with voluntary, community, statutory and health sector partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovative approaches to addressing local challenges.
Co-Producing Solutions with Communities
- Work alongside community groups and residents to support initiatives that reduce inequalities.
- Facilitate engagement activities, workshops and community conversations.
Promoting Opportunities and Impact
- Raise awareness of programmes and projects through community engagement and outreach activities.
- Share success stories and celebrate the achievements of local communities and partners.

You'll Stand Out If You Have:
- Experience working within the voluntary, community, health or public sectors.
- Knowledge of health inequalities and community engagement approaches.
- Experience of partnership working and stakeholder management.
- Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills.
Pay: £28,500.00 per year
