- Earnings: £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary + Performance Bonus (OTE £55,000)

- Carry out manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, routine servicing, and core mechanical/electrical overhauls.

Troubleshoot complex vehicle faults using official dealer-level diagnostic suites.

Complete comprehensive multi-point health checks to uphold strict main-dealer quality standards.

Keep electronic job logs updated and maintain clear communication with service and parts teams.

Collaborate closely with a close-knit workshop team to keep turnaround times efficient.
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on garage/workshop experience.

Technical Background: Solid foundation in multi-brand servicing, vehicle preparation, and diagnostic isolation (franchise experience is a plus, but independent technicians are welcome).
