Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and clarity
- Assist with reservation bookings, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software and adhering to company policy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services is highly preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in busy or challenging situations
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
