HP Indigo Operator
£28,000 – £30,000 + Overtime (negotiable, dependant on experience)
We are seeking a skilled HP Indigo Operator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Indigo experience to develop their career in a busy, supportive, and forward-thinking print department.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience operating HP Indigo Series 3, 4, or 5 presses, with operator training at Level 1 or 2. If you are detail-oriented, technically capable, and looking to build on your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HP Indigo digital presses to deliver consistently high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.
- Set up, manage, and monitor digital print jobs, ensuring substrates, colour profiles, and client specifications are met to the highest standards.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance to maximise machine performance and minimise downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company health and safety procedures.
- Support additional production requirements, including operating the Wide Format Printer and Cutter when needed.
About You
- Proven experience operating HP Indigo presses (Series 3, 4, or 5).
- Operator trained to Level 1 or 2 on one of these machine series.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
Eager to expand your skills and support across different print processes.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
