Designer (Healthcare Joinery & Furniture)Location: Full Time - Office based in Clevedon.
Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 Depending on experience.

The Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll be designing a variety of projects, ranging in value from £1,000 up to £250,000+
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Technical: Review customer enquiries for commercial viability; translate architectural and technical drawings into precise production specifications, schedules, and drawings.
Project Delivery: Conduct site visits, measure/survey spaces, and lead handover meetings with manufacturing and fitting teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
What we’re looking for:·
Essential: Strong understanding of joinery design, material constraints, and manufacturing processes.
Technical Ability: Proven skill in reading architectural drawings and producing detailed production specifications.
Management: Great time management, attention to detail, and confidence in managing multiple projects and client meetings.
Desirable: Experience designing for healthcare or bespoke joinery manufacturing; familiarity with 3D CAD/CAM software (e.g., IMOS, Cabinet Vision, Fusion, Inventor, SketchUp).
