Apache Pizza is Ireland’s premier pizza delivery chain, operating over 200 thriving stores across the island. Located right in Coleraine town centre, our store is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Store Supervisor to join our team!
As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our store, ensuring high standards, excellent customer service, and a smooth-running kitchen.
Main tasks include:
- Kitchen & Operations: Oversee order flow in the kitchen to ensure speed, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Team Leadership: Select, train, and support team members to build a strong, motivated crew.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers, handle phone enquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Records: Manage health & safety compliance, including daily, weekly, and HACCP paperwork.
- Stock & Cash Handling: Conduct regular stock takes, ensure proper stock rotation, manage tills, and balance end-of-day cashing up for drivers.
- Communication: Keep open communication lines with the Franchisee regarding daily operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong dedication to customer service, cleanliness, and team organization.
- Fluent English (required).
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, but passion and reliability matter most!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
