ROLE: Mechanical Supervisor
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Bounds Green London

We're looking for an M&E Supervisor who will supervise service delivery and team/individual performance within M&E teams, acting as a first point of contact for Site FM and employees.
Role Responsibilities:

Assist the Facilities Manager and Account Manager in supervising and delivering a range of planned, reactive and project works

Work collaboratively with the client, engineering and support teams to meet all contract requirements, KPI's and deliver exceptional customer service

Work with the planning team to deliver preventative planned maintenance and reactive works, including reducing WIP historical works

Provide line management to a team of engineers including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential

Take a proactive approach to customer care, resolving day-to-day issues and escalating where required
Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 or higher in an Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline

IOSH Managing Safely (training can be provided)

Experience in people management and supervisory roles

Good understanding of health and safety, permit to work procedures and safe systems of working (including RAMS)
