Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm upcoming consultations
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and handle client communications efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organised patient records in compliance with confidentiality standards
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions accurately
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
