```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and service reception
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of job sheets and invoices
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- General office standard typing skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with motor vehicles an advantage
