ROLE: Multi-Skilled Technician
HOURS: 40 Hrs/Week
LOCATION: Greater Manchester

Role Responsibilities:
Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problem.
Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards
Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
