We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our Hyundai dealership in Burton.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer queries both on the phone and in the showroom
- Providing administrative support to the dealership
- Making refreshments for customers
- Manage the customer waiting area
- Providing ad hoc support to both the sales and aftersales departments.
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a positive, can-do approach. Excellent people skills are essential, as the role requires communication directly with customers both over the phone and in person.
A warm, welcoming manner and superb presentation is essential for the position.
Requirements:
Successful applicants will be computer literate; previous experience in the motor trade is beneficial although not essential, as well as a full driving licence.
We place utmost focus on customer care therefore an ability to communicate at all levels, and to build outstanding relationships with our customers is essential.
