Christopher Nevill Lettings is an independent letting agency serving Uxbridge, Hillingdon, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and reliable Weekend Lettings Assistant to help us show prospective tenants around our rental properties and deliver the high standard of service our clients expect.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, knows the local area, and wants flexible weekend work as part of a busy, friendly team.
Duties
- Carrying out accompanied viewings of rental properties for prospective tenants
- Travelling between properties across Uxbridge, Hillingdon and the surrounding areas
- Making a great first impression and representing Christopher Nevill Lettings professionally
- Collecting and returning keys, and making sure each property is secure and presentable before and after viewings
- Answering applicants’ questions about the property, the local area and the renting process
- Gathering viewing feedback and reporting it back to the lettings team
What we’re looking for
- A full, clean UK driving licence and use of your own car (essential)
- A smart, professional appearance and a warm, confident manner
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Someone reliable, punctual, and well-organised who can work on their own initiative
- Good local knowledge of Uxbridge / Hillingdon (an advantage)
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing role (desirable, but not essential — full support provided)
Pay: £13.25 per hour
