IconInc is a luxury student accommodation provider situated in Liverpool, Leeds and Lincoln. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Concierge to join the team and work at one of our Leeds Sites, The Glassworks! This position is well suited to an individual that has hotel and security experience and is looking to advance their career in customer service.
The Role
The Night Concierge team are responsible for the running of the site throughout the night; this can be anything from dealing with tenant enquiries, stock management, administration tasks and the security of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with tenant queries throughout their tenancy.
- Monitor the security of the building throughout, including CCTV.
- Stock management, ensuring it is replenished and rotated.
- Managing the pantry facilities
- Set up and management of breakfast including the presentation and tidiness.
- Managing maintenance issues.
- Administrative tasks.
- Ensuring the buildings cleanliness is maintained.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and comfortable with lone working.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role such as guest relations or hotel experience is essential
