Business Development Consultant (B2B Outbound) – Remote
Up to £30k basic + £12k OTE (uncapped)

This is a pure B2B outbound role, working across a range of campaigns for clients spanning SMEs through to global brands across the UK, Europe, Australia and the US.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering high-quality outbound calls into targeted B2B audiences
- Engaging decision-makers and opening meaningful conversations
- Generating qualified leads and booked appointments
- Working across multiple client campaigns and sectors
- Managing your own pipeline and approach to maximise results
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing / appointment setting (agency-side preferred)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own day
- Strong commercial awareness, you understand what a “good lead” looks like
- Confident engaging senior decision-makers
- Resilient, proactive and naturally target-driven

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
