Role: Warehouse operative| Salary: £32,000| Start date: Monday 3rd August 2026
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, whilst maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment.
Role / responsibilities-
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing orders for dispatch in line with company deadlines
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock and customer returns
- Carrying out stock counts and assisting with inventory management
- Labelling and packaging products to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment
- Assisting with the movement and organisation of stock within the warehouse
- Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to management
- Supporting the wider operations team during busy periods
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
- Forklift (FLT) experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills would be advantageous
Hours of work-
Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 05:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch
