As a practice we started from scratch back in 2018 and have grown massively ever since, as a registered dental nurse I started SmileKind to do it differently. Part-time - Mondays & Fridays 8-5.30 (18 hours/week)

The Role
You will support advanced surgical, implant and restorative treatments, working closely with specialist clinicians in a high-level clinical setting.
You will also play a key role in:
- Acting as a bridge between patient and clinician
- Confidently holding conversations about treatment
- Answering patient questions and providing reassurance
- Helping deliver a calm, clear, and supportive patient experience

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who aligns with both our clinical standards and our mindset.
You will:
- Be an experienced dental nurse (implant/restorative experience essential)
- Be a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with patients about treatment
- Have the ability to build trust and put patients at ease
- Be proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
- Be a true team player who contributes positively to the culture
- Be ambitious, with a clear desire to grow, learn, and improve
Desirable (but not essential)
- Intraoral scanning
- Sedation nursing
- Radiography (including CBCT)
