Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and friendly Bartender to join our lively team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our bar, mixing drinks, serving guests, and creating a fun, inviting environment. If you love hospitality, enjoy engaging with people, and have a knack for multitasking, this could be your perfect fit!
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift.
- Follow food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep everything well-stocked during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times.
Skills
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail and mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
