We have an opportunity for you to join our award-winning team on a seasonal basis, providing fabulous holidays for our guests.
We can be flexible with hours but due to the nature of our industry all the roles will include a combination of weekends and evenings.
You will need your own transport (feet, bike or car) and be able to reach our rural location (1 mile west of Chickerell on the B3157 coast road).

Seasonal vacancies:
· Shop assistant
· Shop tasks include unpacking and pricing orders, refilling shelves as items sell, tidying and cleaning both during and at the end of your shift, greeting customers and providing information on the local area and serving on the till where needed.
· Typical shifts during school holidays would be from 8 or 8.30 am until around 3pm or from around 3pm until 10pm. Up to 5 shifts a week in school holidays plus part-time/occasional hours in June and early July at weekends and on stock delivery days. We usually aim to set the rota before the school holidays so the sooner you're able to let us know about times you're unavailable the easier it'll be for us to incorporate this.
· Overall we're looking for a friendly person who is reliable, good at time-keeping and able to work on their own initiative when required.
Bar staff (over-18s only)
· Duties include providing a warm and friendly customer service to our guests, serving drinks, taking food orders, cleaning and resetting tables, stock replenishment, assisting the manager with stock ordering, maintaining cleanliness of front of house areas and assisting other staff as required. Experience in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
· Evening shifts approximately 4.45pm – 10.30pm, weekdays and weekends.
