We are looking for a highly organised and reliable candidate to oversee the day-to-day administration of our busy vehicle workshop. The successful candidate will ensure the business runs efficiently, provide excellent customer service and support the workshop team. A basic understanding of cars and vehicle repairs is essential to communicate confidently with customers and technicians.
Responsibilities
· Manage the day-today- administration of the workshop.
· Answer telephone calls, e mails and customer enquiries professionally.
· Book vehicle services, MOTs and repairs
· Prepare invoices and estimates.
· Liaise with customers regarding vehicle repairs, progress updates and collection times.
Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in a management or administration role.
· Basic understanding of cars and common vehicle repairs.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
· Experience working in a garage, dealership or automative environment.
· Knowledge of workshop management or invoicing software
