CRS are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest-growing advisory businesses, as they continue to strengthen their Corporate Finance leadership team in Scotland.
This is a senior, high-impact role within a well-established and rapidly expanding Corporate Finance practice, working with genuine SME and Lower Mid-Market clients on high-quality transactions.
The Opportunity
- Senior leadership role within a growing Corporate Finance team in Scotland
- Advise SME and Lower Mid-Market clients on complex, high-value transactions
- Work across a full Corporate Finance offering including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Business Valuations
- Capital Raising & Growth Financing
- Financial Restructuring
- Due Diligence
- Exit Strategies
- Management Buy-Outs (MBOs) and Buy-Ins (MBIs)
- Debt Advisory
- Take ownership of key client relationships and lead transactions end-to-end
- Play a central role in developing and mentoring senior team members

Candidate Profile
- Senior Director or established Director operating at leadership level
- Strong background in Corporate Finance / Financial Advisory
- Proven track record advising SME / Lower Mid-Market clients
- Commercial, relationship-driven, and confident leading teams and client engagements
- Motivated by building and shaping a high-growth advisory practice
