Job Description:
As a valued member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests while contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and seating guests with warm and friendly demeanor
2. Taking orders accurately and efficientl, catering to any special requests or dietary requirements
3. Serving food and beveragea promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restroom, and serving stations
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction
6. Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed
7. Handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately
8. Upholding our commitment to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is required
2. Exceptional customer service and willingness to work as part of the team
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
