Early Years Educator/Practitioner

We are looking for a level 3 qualified member of staff to work three days a week, 8am-6pm. Ideally Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, but could be adjusted for the right candidate.
We strive to provide outstanding care to the children at our nursery, we recognise that every child is an individual and all learn in different ways, our task as nursery practitioners is to support and develop and help the children become confident learners.
Roles and responsibilities
Responsible to Manager/Deputy Manager/Room Leader
You must be able to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and offer high quality practice, care and education, working alongside the manager/deputy to ensure the setting ethos is delivered. Be able to promote professional parent partnerships and support parents where necessary.
To play and assist in daily creative and sensory activities, be prepared or go with the children's own learning abilities and document this where needed. Always ensure the safety of all children, staff and visitors within the nursery, remember safeguarding is at the heart of all we do. To work as a team, supporting all teammates and always keeping a positive attitude. Attend staff meetings, training and nursery events where needed.
You must be prepared to have a lot of fun in the workplace laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your day, to have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel loved.
Level 3 experience only.
