As a Service & Repairs Engineer for Aquatronic Group Management you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works of pumps, pressurisation units and booster sets, covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK.
Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
-
Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
-
Actively be aware of opportunities to promote AGM Services
-
Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
-
Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
-
Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
-
Complete and submit all required paperwork
-
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary
-
Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
-
Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Service & Repair Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
-
Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
-
Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
-
Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
-
UK Driving Licence
-
Organised and self-motivated
-
Attention to detail
-
Customer focused
-
A pleasant and friendly ‘can do’ attitude

Health and Safety training required for the role

Good time keeping

Be flexible and adaptable

Knowledge and skills to develop:
