An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Associate Practitioner to work within our Intermediate Care team at Bexhill Irvine Unit.
You will be required to work alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists autonomously carrying out exercise programmes, maintenance programmes and rehabilitation sessions planned by a Physiotherapist.
You will be joining a supportive team passionate about caring for the residents of East Sussex. You will have the opportunity to attend an in-service training programme and complete supervision sessions with your line manager.
You will be responsible for completing data inputting and assisting with the ordering of equipment to ensure timely discharge for patient’s across the trust.
