Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Practice Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing expert advice on accounting practices. Duties
- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently using leading accounting software - Xero
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support client decision-making and strategic planning
- Payroll processing, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with clients to streamline their financial operations and improve overall financial health
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all client files adhere to compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Practice Accountant or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software including such as Xero
- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster professional development
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- ACCA or ACA qualified or part-qualified

Pay: £34,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
