Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food safety protocols, including proper handling and sanitation practices
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and billing
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period
