Job Overview
To assist the shift managers in the effective running of the warehouse by managing a team to maximum efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a warehouse team
- Responsible for a small team of approx. 7 staff.
- Shift Preparation & Handover
- Ensuring that your team receive regular communication.
- Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to on a day to day basis to ensure a high level of service is received by the customer.
- Gaining a Good Working Knowledge of All Areas of the Warehouse Operation
- Providing on the job training, identify training needs and create structured training plans.
- Measure performance through KPI's, coaching where required
- Ensure company standards are met including SLA's and customer service
- Manage absence procedures and return to works
- Full compliance to all Health and Safety regulations, ensuring that all Health & Safety policies and procedures within their areas of responsibility are complied with and fully maintained.

Skills & Qualifications
- Have experience leading a team
- Warehouse experience
- Be a role model with the ability to influence
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Strong in dispute resolution and problem solving
- Able to communicate professionally at all levels

Salary & Benefits
£34,246.24 pa
We have an extensive benefits package which includes:
- Annual salary reviews.
