Overview
We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Contractor to oversee and execute maintenance tasks across various residential properties on Wirral. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, very experienced, and have excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- liaise and organise work schedule with the office. Report back once repairs are complete of further work is needed.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, basic plastering and painting.
- Manage a maintenance list, book appointments with tenant and liaise with the main office.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Liaise with clients/tenants to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Skills
- experienced in Joinery, basic Plumbing and basic Electrical work
- Broad understanding of general maintenance procedures across various trades.
- Customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients while delivering high-quality maintenance services. .
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £140.00 per day
