Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out reactive and project works across commercial properties.
The role will predominantly cover London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield.
Skills & Experience
- Strong general maintenance experience is essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial maintenance
- Confident completing a range of works including door and lock repairs, carpentry, dry lining, tiling, making good, minor roofing and general building repairs
- Able to assess faults and complete repairs independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools essential
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps to complete job reports and provide updates
- Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload
- High standard of workmanship with a clean and tidy approach
