Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Support Worker or Senior Support Worker/Team Leader within children's residential care.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children's residential care.
- Driver - essential

- Lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver compassionate, consistent care.
- Be a positive role model for children, helping them feel safe, respected, and understood.
- Support young people in their daily routines, education, and activities — encouraging independence and personal growth.

- Ensure safeguarding, care plans, and standards are always at the heart of practice.
