Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Front of House Admin and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This will mainly consist of making calls to our customers and suppliers, as well as directing our social media. Ideally someone comfortable with being on camera for instagram videos showcasing what we do, and posting pictures of cars on a daily basis.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm, being both friendly and professional
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Oversee social media accounts by creating engaging content
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and events related to the company’s operations
- Support basic administrative functions including data entry, record keeping, and inventory management
Skills
- Strong public relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proven experience in an admin role and social media management would be preferred although training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—ensuring clear interactions with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus
- Organized with good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
