Clinical Recruitment & Onboarding Lead

Role Overview: The Clinical Recruitment & Onboarding Lead will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding clinicians into the YDS network. This role will work closely with practices to embed the correct processes from day one, ensuring new clinicians and nurses are set up for success, and driving performance against key network KPIs relating to case generation, plan approval, and treatment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment - Sourcing, screening, and recruiting clinicians into the YDS network to support growth across locations.
- Onboarding - Leading the onboarding process for newly recruited clinicians, ensuring they are confident with SmileWhite workflows, Jarvis, and case upload processes from day one.
- Practice Collaboration - Working closely with practices to ensure clinical teams are supported in achieving KPI targets.
- Performance Contribution - Contributing to the wider network of KPIs, including future appointment booking rates and case upload rates.
KPIs
- Contribute to the network-wide 100% future appointment rate and 100% case upload rate targets.
- Ensure 95% of patients who have attended an appointment have had records taken and plans are generating.
- Ensure 95% of patient plans are approved within one week, contributing to a decrease in scan-to-fitment days.
- Onboard clinicians strategically according to site demand and patient referral numbers, contributing to improved availability across all sites.
- Maintain visibility of referral volumes and capacity across the network, ensuring recruitment activity is proactively aligned to sites requiring additional clinical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience, ideally at practice manager level.
- Strong understanding of the clinical environment and patient journey.- Experience with recruitment and onboarding of clinical staff.
- Confident, proactive, and driven to ensure high standards of compliance across the network.
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
