Overview
We are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable waitress to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy environment, have excellent customer-service skills
Role
Take food and drink orders accurately
Provide friendly and attentive table service
Serving and clearing tables efficiently
Handling customer requests professionally
Taking payments and using the till/POS system
Working closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff
Keeping tables and customer areas clean and presentable.
What we're looking for?
Previous waiting/table-service experience essential
Friendly, confident and professional
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well under pressure
Good communication and customer-service skills
A positive attitude and strong team player
Flexible availability where required. 2 - 4 shifts per/week Thursday - Sunday.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Experience:
- Waitressing: 1 year (preferred)
