Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including handling tips and processing payments
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure guest safety
- Restock bar supplies efficiently to keep the station well-equipped during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a lively atmosphere
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or bartending preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and inventory counts
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment by adhering to food safety standards and responsible serving practices
Pay: £12.71-£14.29 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 45.0 per week
