About the Role
Our newly renovated care home is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with contracted hours of 22, 33, or 44 per week, covering both day and night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of the people we support by:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Supporting social inclusion and community engagement
- Helping maintain health and wellbeing
- Managing and supporting behaviours that may challenge
- Building meaningful relationships and making a real difference every day
Who We Support
You will work with individuals with a variety of needs, including:
- Dementia
- Mental health conditions
- Learning disabilities
- Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Physical disabilities
- Complex behaviours
About You
- A caring, patient, and respectful individual
- Able to work flexibly across a 7-day rota, including weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and nights
- A driver is preferred but not essential
- Previous care experience is desirable, but full training is provided
Training & Development

- Comprehensive induction programme (1 week)
- Shadow shifts (1 week) before working independently
- Support to complete the Care Certificate (if new to care)
