Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Support
- Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Review monthly client and insurance renewal data to identify companies requiring proactive engagement.
- Research client organisations, projects, incidents and previous consultancy activity to provide valuable insights to the Business Development team.
- Prepare and maintain prospecting and follow-up task lists for BDMs.
- Work closely with project team to gather information on completed projects, ongoing work and client relationships.
- Contact lapsed clients and support re-engagement activities where appropriate.
- Coordinate meetings, calls and appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain CRM, enquiry databases and SharePoint records, ensuring information, proposals and supporting documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Track sales activity and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
Marketing & Events Support
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events/networking functions.
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, email campaigns and website articles.
- Support the production of the company publications, reports and promotion materials.
- Create simple graphics and visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

You'll be confident communicating with colleagues at all levels, from consultants and project teams through to senior leadership, and able to build effective working relationships across the business.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel to our office is required.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, business support, customer service, marketing or sales role.
- Experience maintaining CRM systems, SharePoint sites or client databases.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) and website content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Experience coordinating projects, events or business development activities.
