As our dealership continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, driven, and customer‑focused Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in representing these exciting brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to vehicle handover
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Presenting and demonstrating the Honda and AION product ranges with confidence and enthusiasm
- Managing the full sales process, including test drives, finance options, and follow‑up
- Working towards monthly sales targets with professionalism and integrity
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with FCA and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven current experience in automotive sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and excited by hybrid and fully electric vehicle technology
- A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Full UK driving licence
