Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Ongoing works in the Leeds/Wakefield/Huddersfield area.
Head office is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Salary: £50,000.00-55,000.00 per year.

Henley Restoration & Remedials Ltd. (Part of the Henley Group) is a respected specialist contractor with a passion for preserving and enhancing heritage and historic buildings. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead and coordinate operations across multiple projects.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on-site management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be a key figure in the day-to-day running of our specialist restoration works and will act as the primary site contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site activities and manage site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
- Lead site meetings and coordinate with project managers, clients, and consultants
- Maintain accurate site records and produce regular progress reports
- Manage quality control and address any issues proactively
- Ensure work is completed in line with heritage restoration standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (essential and in date)
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Passion for heritage, conservation, or specialist remedial work is highly desirable
