- Has good graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Has experience using WordPress and email marketing platforms.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office.
- Ideally has experience using HubSpot or another CRM system (although training can be provided).
What We Offer
- Flexible part-time hours.
- A varied marketing role with opportunities to develop your skills.
- The opportunity to make a positive impact by helping schools create engaging outdoor learning environments.
At Fun & Active, we believe work should fit around your life, not the other way round.
We're looking for someone who enjoys marketing, loves being organised and creative, and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive team. But just as importantly, we're looking for someone who values the things that matter most outside of work.
Whether it's dropping the children off at school, being there for pick-up, enjoying the school holidays together, or simply having more time for family and life, we understand that flexibility makes all the difference.
That's why we've created a part-time role that offers a genuine work-life balance. We know that when people are happy at home, they're happier at work too.
You'll be joining a friendly, down-to-earth team where everyone pulls together, supports each other and enjoys what they do. We work hard, take pride in delivering great results for our customers, but we also understand that family always comes first.
If you're tired of feeling like you have to choose between having a rewarding career and having time for the people who matter most, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
What We Offer
- Flexible part-time hours that genuinely work around family life.
- A friendly, supportive team where you'll be valued.
- A varied role where no two days are the same.
- The opportunity to develop your marketing skills across social media, websites, email marketing, design and CRM.
- A relaxed, positive working environment with plenty of autonomy.
- The chance to help schools across the UK create exciting outdoor learning environments for children.
We're not just looking for someone to fill a role, we're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
No two days are the same. One day you could be designing social media graphics and updating website content, while the next you're building an email campaign, managing HubSpot or reporting on marketing performance.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a broad marketing position, has excellent attention to detail and is happy managing both creative and administrative tasks.
Pay: £11,700.00-£14,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
