Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant childcare team. Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and education tailored to the individual needs of children aged from birth to five years old
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote developmental milestones across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical areas
- Supervise and support junior staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure best practices in childcare
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, daily routines, and any incidents while adhering to safeguarding policies
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s development, achievements, and any concerns
- Manage daily operational tasks such as ensuring the environment is safe, clean, and stimulating for children’s learning experiences
- Support the management team with administrative duties related to staffing, planning, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early childhood setting
- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
