We are currently recruiting for a
Sales Negotiator for an award winning Estate Agency based in
Rickmansworth.
The successful candidate will ideally have
Estate Agency experience, OR a Trainee with
strong experience in a
call centre/heavily targeted call environment.
Candidates
must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a
30-minute commute of the area.
You must hold a
full UK driving licence with the use of your
own car.
Benefits:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £35,000 to £40,000

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients
- Assessing buyers and sellers particular needs
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
- Promoting properties via different mediums
- Over achieving targets
Key Skills:
- Ideally have Estate Agency experience OR a Trainee with strong experience in a call centre/heavily targeted call environment
- High end property experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Well spoken and presented
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Be able to work well within a team
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
