We are looking for someone with good barista/bar skills to help with our little bar& restaurant just off Spitalfields market. We are hoping for someone brimming with positivity, professional enthusiasm & initiative to help us produce consistent quality throughout the day from morning to evening.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making consistent coffees & teas
- Making set cocktails, pouring beers & wines
- Cutting and serving cakes, cookies & bar nuts
- Operating our EPOSNOW till system
- Taking orders from the till, and from the table
- Occasionally helping on the floor/hosting
- Keeping your section clean and tidy
- Re-stocking bar supplies
About us:
- Open 7 days, 9am-11pm (6pm on Sundays)
- Shifts range from morning to evening shifts, with some doubles in between

- Healthy service charge, adds substantially to basic hourly wage

What we are looking for:
- PART TIME – we are looking for 20-30 hours, but don't hesitate to reach out if you're looking for someting more!
- Flexibility – we write rotas weekly, and do our best to give you what you need.
- Hands-on initiative – we are a small team and there is always something to do even when we are quiet!
- Strong coffee skills
- People-person – 80% of this job is people!
- Love of food and drinks – we are a restaurant first and foremost and love our staff to get excited about what we produce
