We are seeking a skilled, personable, and detail-oriented Bartender & Barista to deliver exceptional beverage service in a refined hospitality environment. As a Bartender & Barista, you will provide personalized service by preparing expertly crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, premium coffee creations, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages. You will contribute to an elevated atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, classic cocktails, wine, beer, espresso beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Provide personalized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences, menu pairings, and flavor profiles.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of premium spirits, liqueurs, wines, champagne, craft beer, coffee beans, espresso techniques, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, and specialty coffee creations with attention to consistency and presentation.
- Ensure proper extraction, milk steaming, latte presentation, and coffee quality standards are maintained.
- Create and serve craft cocktails with proper techniques, presentation, garnishing, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating beverage supplies.
- Accurately process orders.
- Verify legal drinking age and follow all responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain sanitation, food safety, and health standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to create seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in developing seasonal beverage menus, signature cocktails, specialty coffee offerings, and drink promotions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Support opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending, barista, or combined beverage service experience.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wine, champagne, specialty coffee, espresso preparation, and beverage service standards.
- Proven ability to create elevated guest experiences through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of mixology techniques, coffee preparation methods, beverage presentation, and quality control.
- Experience operating espresso machines, grinders, and professional bar equipment.
- Proven ability to maintain consistency and quality during high-volume service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse guests.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for craftsmanship and hospitality excellence.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold luxury service standards.
