The Role: Community Care Worker
As a Community Care Worker, you are the face of Evaris in our clients' homes. This is a highly rewarding role where you will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Heart-Led Care: Assisting with personal care, washing, dressing, and hygiene with the utmost respect.
- Medication Support: Ensuring clients receive their prescriptions safely and on time.
- Nutritional Support: Preparing meals and encouraging healthy hydration.
- Companionship: Building genuine, warm bonds and reducing social isolation.
- Digital Documentation: Keeping accurate, digital records of the support provided during each visit.

Hours & Flexibility to Suit Your Lifestyle
Our standard care hours run between 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM. (We are currently looking for incredible evening superstars, but have multiple shift patterns available!)
We have the following positions open:
- Full-Time & Part-Time Roles: Perfect for those looking for a stable, guaranteed income and structured routines.
- Bank Staff: Highly flexible options for those who prefer to pick up shifts and choose exactly when they work.
⚠ Requirements
- Driver Only: Due to the community nature of this role, you must hold a valid UK Driver’s Licence and have access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Values-Driven: A genuine, outgoing desire to help others and uphold the Evaris standard of care.
