KIN, all-day dining concept in Fitzrovia, is looking for an outstanding waitress/waiter to join our team. This exciting venue offers Vegan/vegetarian-inspired food and drinks, set in a welcoming atmosphere.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a waiting staff, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of front-of-house service, salad bar and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily front-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and team performance.
- Monitor and maintain quality control over food, drinks, uniforms, and guest-facing items to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Opening/closing duties and ensure the restaurant is guest-ready at all times.
- Maintain clear communication across the FOH and BOH teams, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Waiter in a fast-paced, quality-led hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
- A commitment to guest experience and a passion for hospitality.
- A calm, confident, and solutions-focused attitude during busy service.
