Duties
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly atmosphere
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy
- Maintain organized patient records and update electronic health records regularly
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct messages promptly
- Process payments, insurance claims, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
- Summary: Day to day reception tasks, Assistant manager, Team coordinator, Administrative tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably in healthcare or dental environments
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients and team members
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with office software such as scheduling systems, Practice management software, electronic health records, and basic office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
